John has lived in the Hutt Valley for the last 35 years, and has been self employed for the last 30yrs. Over the years John has been involved in the engineering field, antiques restoration and retail, pet care and transportation worldwide, and prior to Real Estate – mortgage broking and financial advising.
John entered the Real Estate industry 10 years ago and has never looked back. He found his true passion.
John strives to exceed the expectation of his clients, and enjoys working with his clients on a one to one basis, in order to achieve the absolute best result for them.
Over the years John has brought and sold investments and rural properties. He has a great understanding of what the vendor and purchasers go through in the sale and purchase of a property.
He appreciates the stress and anxiety involved, which provides him with true empathy and understanding of what you need while going through this process. His aim is to make the entire transition smooth and stress free for all parties.
John loves Upper Hutt, plus combined with 10 years experience, he offers a wealth of local knowledge and skill.
John lives in Maymorn with his wife and daughter. He enjoys the rural life style.
His interests are deep sea and fresh water fishing, antique furniture, gardening, old bikes and cars, dog breeding and horses.
